We understand the importance of receiving your order in perfect condition. For that reason, exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty due to our error.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault may be required for verification.
